Over two decades ago, I embarked on an unexpected journey in residential investment that laid the foundation for my career in real estate. What initially was originally just a job, quickly turned on to a love and through years of dedicated work, I honed my skills in sales, lettings, and the art of residential property portfolio creation. This early experience provided me with a solid understanding of the industry and a knack for identifying valuable opportunities.
Looking for a more stable and traditional career in an, at the time extremely turbulent market, I transitioned into commercial property management whilst working for one of the top 3 international property agenesis in the UK. This put me on the path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS, as I expanded my expertise to cover the management of landmark properties and £1 million service charges across the city, asset management, PMPs and landlord and tenant matters.
A keen eye for detail and focus on clear and transparent communication, has helped build lasting relationships and a legal mind an cater to agencies, blue-chip clients, and small to medium enterprises. Over the years, I have built a successful career focused on delivering top-notch services in the dynamic world of commercial real estate.
